PatyCon Graced Foundation

 The PatyCon Graced foundation is basically a philanthropic give back to the community foundation created by Conrad A. Chia CEO of PatyCon waterworks and his wife Patty Conrad Chia. The foundation is driven by their love to give to their community to enhance a good cause, to assist at least an orphan, a widow, to aide community projects for the betterment of the community, to assist other projects by partnering with other organizations to bring positive change no matter how small it might be. 


The name PatyCon Graced foundation emanates from a similar place from both Conrad and his wife. “Patycon” representing their names and “Graced” representing the Grace they believe to have been bestowed on them 🙌🏻contextually and literally as their moms are both named Grace. 

“Our mothers, our Graces our inspiration and push to give back to our community. We realized that we wouldn’t be without them. We have been Graced with both Graces” PatyCon foundation is also inspired by our lost love ones especially our late dads Pa. Tabey Martin and Pa. Chia Daniel who thought us to give, to help while we can no matter how small we have. Thanks, Dads! 

It is based on all these and most especially our shared love to give no matter how small that we embark on this journey. As mother Theresa said, “It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving ". 


*As founders of this foundation, we will love to let it be known for a fact that the sole purpose of documenting about events, opportunities, blessings, and the privilege we have to share with and receive from others is that someday when we are no more or not able to continue with this dream, someone else being it family or not will feel moved and encouraged to continue our work. This is our desire🙏.

 When I call you my best friend, some might think I mean 'let your husband be your bestfriend Kinna thing' but no not at all . ONCE UPON A TIME ON A TRIP TO FRANCONNIA ......

Our next trip took us to  Franconia, a beautiful town in Mid to Northern New Hampshire. It is a little town with a rich and fascinating history, lots of things to do and lots of places to go. Our first stop was the Cannon Mountain Ski Area. The Cannon Mountain Ski Area is  a state-owned ski resort located on Cannon Mountain  in the White Mountains of New Hampshire  United States. Cannon is located within Franconia North Scotch Park  and offers 10 lifts servicing 265 acres (1.07 km 2 ) of skiing (168 with snowmaking). Cannon has 23 miles (37 km) of trails and a north-northeast exposure and has the only aerial tram  in New Hampshire.
